How It Works & Requirements
Warranty Registration
- Must register within 90 days via email to info@auraheater.com.
- Retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
- If not registered, coverage begins from the factory shipment date.
Conditions for Coverage
- Must follow Aura’s installation and operation instructions.
- Warranty is voided by: misuse, alteration, accident, improper repair, corrosive environments, incorrect voltage or wiring, and other non‑compliance.
What’s Not Covered
- Normal maintenance (e.g., cleaning, annual emitter replacement).
- Labor, diagnostics, shipping/transport costs.
- Replacement bulbs not supplied by Aura.
- Third‑party components.
- Consequential or incidental damages.
Your Remedy
Replacement of the defective part is the sole remedy.
Aura will provide OEM parts; warranty on replacements does not extend.
If a part is discontinued or unavailable, Aura may offer a credit at suggested retail value.

How long is the warranty?
Aura Heaters include a 1-year limited parts warranty for both residential and commercial use. For residential use, all components are covered. For commercial use, all components except the emitter lamp are covered—however, the emitter lamp itself is also warranted for 1 year.
